Meet Our Founder
Dr. Carlita Y. Earl
Founder & CEO · Turning Research Into Results
Dr. Earl is an educational leader, researcher, and advocate for equity with more than 26 years of experience as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, instructional specialist, special education professional, and school administrator.
Her expertise spans culturally responsive teaching, PBIS, restorative practices, MTSS, school climate transformation, and data-driven decision-making — across elementary, secondary, alternative, and juvenile justice educational settings.
Her doctoral research examined alternative schoolteachers' perceptions of Black boys, reinforcing a powerful conviction: a student's circumstances, behavior, or placement should never determine how educators perceive their potential.
